  • Working principle

    A metal ring or polar needle is set as an electrode at the head of the spray gun. A high voltage of 30-90KV is supplied by a high voltage generator. As long as the electric field strength at the tip of the corona needle exceeds the electric field strength of 3KV/mm that breaks the air insulation, an electric discharge will occur, ionizing the air between the corona needle and the object to be coated, and generating dense negative charges near the electrode. The powder coating enters the spray gun through the powder feeding pipe from the powder feeder. When sprayed out, the coating collides with the ions and becomes charged, and flies to the grounded workpiece under the action of airflow and electric field force. Powder recovery: The fan draws air through the workpiece inlet and outlet and the spraying station operation port, so that the powder floating during spraying is recovered into the cyclone recovery box through the inlet at a wind speed of 0.5 m/s. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the recovered powder rotates downward at high speed on the inner wall of the cyclone and falls on the fluidizing plate in the powder collecting hopper. The powder is suspended by compressed air punching and transported to the powder supply barrel by the powder return pump for continued use. The separated powder-containing gas is recovered into the filter element recovery box. The powder filtered on the surface of the filter element is automatically cleaned by the back-blowing device controlled by the solenoid valve. The time can be set arbitrarily. The air filtered by the filter element is discharged to the outdoors, which meets the atmospheric emission standards.
