The operating conditions of each dust removal point in the dust removal system are closely related to the operating conditions of the equipment. For dust removal pipelines with a large number of dust removal points, strong randomness in the operation of dust removal points, and high dust concentration in the airflow, the number and location of dust removal points are randomly adjusted according to the operation of the equipment. The air volume of dust removal conditions will fluctuate randomly between 0% and 100%, and the dust removal system is often in a low load operating state. Due to the non adjustable cross-section of the dust removal pipeline, when the flow rate of the dust removal pipeline decreases with the adjustment of the equipment, the flow velocity inside the pipeline drops sharply, and the pipeline accumulates
The dust phenomenon is very serious. If this problem is not solved in a timely manner, it not only cannot ensure the stable and effective operation of the dust removal system, but also easily leads to the paralysis of the dust removal pipeline network. In response to this phenomenon, our unit has set up cleaning ports at locations where dust accumulation is likely to occur, and carried out fixed-point and timed dust cleaning.
