Product overview
The water cyclone was developed by our R&D personnel based on the high-pressure water cyclone cabinet. The paint mist separation rate of this equipment can reach 95%-98%, and the investment cost is low and the operating cost is also low.
The use of the water cyclone does not require the original workshop of the factory to be renovated. It can be placed outside the case and connected to the back end of the original treatment equipment in the workshop (such as the old water curtain machine) with an air duct: it greatly improves the paint mist treatment effect and is suitable for enterprises that urgently need to rectify and add environmental protection equipment.
Product principle
The organic waste gas containing paint mist, paint residue, oil mist and dust is sucked into the equipment at high speed by the exhaust fan, and enters the cyclone washing chamber through the centrifugal force of the vortex chamber, so that the concentration and viscosity of the gas are reduced, and the treated gas enters the gas-liquid separation chamber. Under the action of centrifugal force, paint mist (residue), oil mist, dust and other particles are separated from the mixed gas and collected on the water film. The separated organic waste gas (after being dried by centrifugal force, the humidity is the same as that of normal air) enters the waste gas treatment system at the rear end, and the separated water is blocked by the water baffle and returned to the water tank through the slag discharge port. The slag falls back to the return water tank and is collected in the back return slag pool. Under the action of the high-speed return impact force, the paint mist forms a foam-like paint residue source floating on the surface of the return slag pool. By regularly removing the paint residue, the purpose of purifying water and continuously recycling water is achieved.
