Technical conditions
The welding fume purifiers produced by Beijing Tianhe comply with the "General Technical Conditions for Welding Fume Purifiers" proposed by the Occupational Safety and Health Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Labor and drafted by the Metallurgical Construction Research Institute.

◆ Cartridge filtration method
The cartridge filtration method is a utility model involving a deep cartridge filter whose filter element does not move during filtration and is composed of irregular particles or loose fiber materials without using adhesives to form a filter medium layer. The structure adopts technical measures such as a cylindrical deep filter element with a symmetrical ring cloth magnet block in the middle and internal and external bypass hole channels. It has the advantages of large flow rate, small pressure loss, high filtration accuracy, and long service life. It can be widely used in various fine filtration structures, especially in welding fume filtration systems.
